Dear Wenger, start to sign footballers, immediately

After first 2 games in this season Arsenal is on the 13th place in the table. «The gooners» lost 3-4 to Liverpool and played a 0-0 draw with Leicester City (the second game was played on saturday, 20/08/16).

Arsenal’s fans can just ask the question: Why is our lovely team playing so bad? Why don't we see any transfers? Only Granit Xhaka and Holding. Let's take a look at the other teams transfer politics this summer.
