Why will Fonte join United?
Phil Jones loves to get injured during almost half a season. Manchester United will take part in many tournaments this year and Jose wants to have experienced player in centre of defense. By the way he has Eric Bailly, Chris Smalling, Phil Jones and Daley Blind (who is not nominal central defender). Fonte is 32 years old, but looks like he is full of energy after winning the European Championship with Portugal. Portuguese defender was playing good in game against Manchester United last Friday for Southampton. Although Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored twice in that game, Fonte didn’t let him breathe easily.
Fabinho is next possible signing for United?
He is one of the best right fullbacks at the moment in Europe, but Mourinho also has Antonio Valencia playing brilliantly in this position and Matteo Darmian. If Manchester United signs Brazilian, Darmian will need to find the new team.
